Emil Glatz is a 20 year veteran of the IT industry. His career has focused on Healthcare IT and government increasing in responsibility and strategic focus. Early in his career he servec as a pure IT technician for Healthcare companies performing jobs from system administration, to network administration, and coding. The second focus was in project management building solutions to meet client's requirements. The third focus was on program management as he created and managed revenue streams by working with internal resources, major contractors, and Montana's congressional delegation for the United States Marine Corps. Most recently for the Montana Dept. of Public Health Human Services (DPHHS) he transformed legacy business processes into services that ensure successful and rapid program delivery and met a critical deadline for Medicaid Expansion. Managing a team of 19 direct reports he implemented a MBO process that aligned personnel initiatives with overall State objectives, and changed the development life cycle from traditional waterfall to an agile process. Because of these successes, Emil was tapped to build DPHHS's strategic plan for IT.
